Digipak so far

Option 1
Option 2

 Final

This was the stages of getting our CD and the background of the CD, we wasn't sure what one to pick but we eventually went for the one shown with the background because it was more clear that this was black smoke which is related to our artist and our website.

Research into our title of the music video

Here are some potential titles for our music video. We decided to go with the idea of keeping the titles very dark and dull as this is mainly what our song, Change, is about.

Possible locations for filming

We have researched some possible locations for our day of filming in london to see where would be best suitable for our music video,
London Bridge, we thought this would be a good shot in the music video before we changed the idea but we did use it for the view to do a time-lapse which we did use.

We chose to go down there by train obviously as it is the most convenient for us to travel to london and back.

Camden town: we chose to go to camden too, this was for more of a grimey look for the music video as it provided a lot of graffiti walls and underground places where we wanted to shoot in however we did change this around after we did this because we wasnt satisfied with what we got.

My Digipak front cover

I chose this  one because i thought it looked most like a digipak cover, I could see this at the cover of the CD, the font of the name took a lot of deliberation on which one to choose because we were spoilt by choice but this was the chosen one.

Production diary

Production diary:
I wanted to show how i edited some of the shots in my music video to show the progress of what I have learnt through using premier pro, obviously the affect of the 'paint bucket' put the neon red colour into anything that is a similar colour to red and therefore shows it going a bit crazy this was out there to show the audience that the artist has gone crazy and the fact it is red has the connotation of love and blood that is why i wanted to use it. I also showed the reverse shots that i edited i found out how to do this my youtube, i asked how to do it and there are loads of clips that show how to do it, i wanted to use this to show that everything is distorted and messed up in her life right now, i now know how to edit a lot more things now especially compared to the start of the year when we did the preliminary task.

Behind scene of how I made my eye dilate

For this affect I simply just shone a light on my eye and video it so i got it all and then just cut to the bit I wanted to use in my video.

Techniques 2

This effect is reversing the shot so it looks like it is going backwards in time, we used this to show how the singer is disillusional at this Time due to her going through a emotionally abusive relationship, we think it work well with all the other concept shots because they all link together in some way all showing that she is going insane. The shot with the puddle and my foot is shown below,

This is how you do it on adobe premier, you right click the shot you would like to speed up or reverse the speed and click on the speed option then you put the speed you would like or keep it the same and click reverse speed and its as simple as that.
